Navy Postgraduate School Foundation Communication Platform. This institution dedicates itself to national and international security, but most have never heard of it. My mission was to define the core message and then help the team align on a simple, consistent elevator speech. I spent days in Monterey facilitating workshops with the Foundation board, the Chancellor’s team, Top Gun pilots, Naval commanders, students and a wealth of Silicon Valley donors—all to craft the single sentence that would unify them and define who they are.
